I have personally talked to UNH parking, Vistors can safely park at night in 2 parking lots. You can park in the visitors center and A4, which is the fourth section of A lot. Early there was some confusion due to an new employee, but i have talked to the people in charge, and they have confirmed this these parking lots for me. The sections in red you can park at, the red circle is the MUB, the building where the party will be at.
